The TrueArc VPro Auto-Darkening Welding Lens is built for welders who need adjustable sensitivity, variable-shade control, and dependable arc detection for TIG welding in the classic 2" × 4¼" lens format.
Featuring a Shade 3 light state, a 1/1/1/2 optical rating, variable dark shades 5–13, adjustable sensitivity, and adjustable delay, VPro gives you greater control over how the lens responds to your welding process, amperage, and working environment.
WHY WELDERS CHOOSE TRUEARC VPRO
ADJUSTABLE SENSITIVITY FOR TIG
For TIG welding, TrueArc only recommends the VPro Series.
VPro lets you adjust sensitivity from low to high, allowing you to tune the lens for the amperage and conditions of the job. This is especially useful for lower-amperage TIG, where dependable arc detection matters.
VARIABLE SHADE 5–13
Select the appropriate dark shade between 5 and 13 based on your welding process, amperage, and working conditions.
One lens gives you the flexibility to move between a wider range of welding applications without being locked into a single fixed dark shade.
ADJUSTABLE SENSITIVITY AND DELAY
Sensitivity can be adjusted from low to high, giving you control over how readily the lens reacts to the welding arc.
The dark-to-light delay can also be adjusted from short to long, allowing you to control how quickly the lens returns to its light state after the arc stops.
HIGH-DEFINITION TRUE-COLOR VIEW
VPro provides a high-definition true-color working view designed to reduce the heavy green or orange cast common in many traditional welding lenses.
This helps provide a clearer, more detailed view of the arc, puddle, joint, and surrounding work area.
VPro uses TrueArc’s true-color working view. VPro Blue is the version designed to provide a distinctive cool-blue working view.
FAST, WIDE-RANGE ARC SENSORS
Two independent wide-range arc sensors detect the strike and switch the lens into its selected dark shade in approximately 0.3 milliseconds.
SOLAR-ASSISTED BATTERY POWER
Solar cells help extend battery life, while two lithium CR1025 batteries supply the power required for operation.
The batteries are required. VPro is not a battery-free, solar-only lens.
A low-battery indicator helps alert you when battery power needs attention.
CLASSIC 2" × 4¼" FITMENT
Fits many pancake-style and pipeliner-style welding hoods designed around the standard 2" × 4¼" lens format.
At 5/16" thick, VPro is thicker than the TrueArc Gold and HD Series lenses. Some Tigerhood-style, flip-up, or tighter lens openings may require careful modification for proper installation.
Always verify both your hood opening and available lens thickness before ordering or modifying any equipment.
BUILT FOR THE REAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
TrueArc VPro gives you separate control over shade, sensitivity, and delay so the lens can be adjusted around changing welding conditions.
That means you can increase sensitivity when greater arc-detection response is needed, reduce it when surrounding light or nearby welding activity causes nuisance activation, and adjust the delay based on how quickly you want the lens to return to its light state.

TIG WELDING?
For TIG welding, TrueArc only recommends the VPro Series.
VPro provides the adjustable sensitivity, variable-shade range, and control needed to configure the lens for different TIG applications.
We do not recommend the Gold, HD, Blue, XL, or other non-VPro TrueArc lens series for TIG welding.
If TIG is your welding process, choose a TrueArc VPro lens.
HOW ARC WELDING IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK.
A TIG-capable welding lens should do more than simply get dark. It should respond consistently, give you control over its settings, and help you stay connected to the puddle.
That is what the TrueArc VPro Series was built to deliver.
See the arc. Read the puddle. Weld with confidence.
A great lens recommend it can see your puddle very clear satisfied will most likely buy more lens from true arc !!!!

Without a doubt one of if not best autos on the market. Ive used singles 240s and almost every variation of snakebellys lenses. If you want a lens that works the way its supposed to with every welding process this is the one to get. Clarity is unreal.
